Alright ya’ll, flying can be difficult. Trust me, I know. Between the packing, the lines, security and the stress… it is easy to see that flying isn’t exactly fun. Couple that we the fact that you can be sitting on an aircraft that is pressurized at 10,000 feet for god knows how long… your doomed to be dehydrated, bloated, tired and worn out.
The toll that flying can take on our bodies is no joke. Take it from me. I spend a lot of time in these giant metal birds in the sky. Yay for flight attendant life. I have learned a lot on how to survive the harsh impact those mode of travel imposes on us. Here are my tips and tricks on how to come off a flight feeling just a little bit more normal than usual.
